Decent harness, slow delivery

I bought the No-Pull Dog Harness for my husky. The quality of the harness seems pretty good and it fits him well, which is important. However, the shipping took about a week to get here, which felt a bit long. Also, the packaging was a little flimsy. Overall, it's a solid product for the price, but they could definitely speed up the delivery process.

Good chew, fast shipping

Got some Cow Ears for my dog. They arrived quickly. My dog liked them a lot. Simple and effective.

Consistently great treats

This was my third time ordering from Downtown Pet Supply, and they're still my go-to for Bully Sticks. I usually get the bulk pack, and the quality has been really consistent across all my orders. My previous experiences were just as smooth, and this time was no different. The sticks always arrive fresh, and my dog absolutely devours them. They're a bit more expensive than some brands, but I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting. It's a reliable source for good quality chews, which is important to me.

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered the No-Pull Dog Harness and a bag of Freeze Dried Dog Treats. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no hitches there. The harness itself feels well-made, sturdy material and the stitching looks solid. My dog seemed comfortable in it on our walk today. The treats were a hit, she loved them, and they didn't crumble too much in the bag. However, delivery took a full week to get to me in Arizona, which felt a bit slow compared to other online pet stores I've used. I also tried contacting support about a sizing question beforehand, and it took about two days to get a reply. Overall, good products, but shipping could be quicker.

Great value on treats

I was looking for some good deals on Bully Sticks and found Downtown Pet Supply. I got a bulk pack, and the price per stick was really good compared to other places I checked. Shipping was free because my order was big enough. My dog loves them, and it felt like I got a lot for my money. Definitely worth the purchase if you're on a budget.

Consistent quality for chews

I've ordered from Downtown Pet Supply a few times now, mainly for their Himalayan Yak Chews and Beef Tendons. This last order was just as good as the others. The quality of the chews is always consistent, and my dog really enjoys them. Shipping is usually pretty quick too. It's why I keep coming back for his favorite treats.

Good treats for my dog

I ordered some Freeze Dried Dog Treats for my pup last week. They got here pretty fast, like in 3 days. My dog totally loves them, which is a big win because he's a picky eater. The whole process felt really easy and chill.

My dog loves everything!

I just got the Interactive Dog Toys and some Beef Tendons for my retriever, and she is obsessed! The toys kept her busy for ages, and the tendons disappeared so fast. I was so impressed with how quickly my order shipped out after I placed it. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the packaging was good. I'm definitely going to shop here again for all her treats and toys. My dog gives it two paws up!
